Welcome to Haver Design Studio. These terms are the ground rules for using our website. We've kept them as short and plain as we could. By using haverdesign.co, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Holly Anthony trading as Haver Design Studio (ABN 19 210 185 244), based in New South Wales, Australia ("Haver Design Studio", "we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at holly@haverdesign.co.
2. Using the site
You can browse the site, learn about our services and book a call with us. When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that disrupts how the site works
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means without our written permission
- impersonate anyone or give false information when you contact us or book a call
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Booking a call doesn't create a service agreement
Nothing is bought or sold through this website. Booking a call or sending us an enquiry doesn't create a contract for design services.
If we agree to work together, our services (including Design on Demand) are covered by a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment and cancellation terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Service descriptions, examples and any pricing on the site are a general guide. They aren't an offer, and they can change.
4. Intellectual property
The content on this site belongs to Haver Design Studio or our licensors. That includes the text, graphics, logos, design, layout, images and the Haver name and brand. It's protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws.
You're welcome to view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but the content is general information only. It isn't professional advice tailored to your business. We don't promise that the site is complete, error-free or always available.
6. Third-party tools and links
The site uses third-party tools, such as Calendly for booking calls, and may link to other websites. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- the site is provided "as is", and we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly set out in these terms
- we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data and loss of opportunity.
Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant content or service, or paying the cost of resupplying it.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Haver Design Studio against any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information, including information you give us when you book a call.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it's posted on this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
